I installed an aquacomputer mps Flow 200, and now SIV cannot see the Corsair commander. The windows system has no apparent errors when I look at device manager, and I'm at a loss at where to look to fix this. Going to Fan Links shows the current fan speeds as "NC".
Link Devices shows the Corsair integrated USB Bridge. Clicking restart doesn't result in any improvement.
Clicking USB Bus shows the corsair integrated USB bridge V2.0.0 on Port 0.13.1, and the aquacomputer leak shield on port 0.13.2 (SIV worked with this installed), and the mps on port 0.13.3. Port 0.13.4 is free
When I go to configure link setup and hover ofer the CLSS, I do get a message about "seq 08 31 = GetOverlappedResult( Write A) A device attached to the system is not functioning. Global\CorsairLinkReadWriteGuardMutex mutex used for HID\Vid_1B1C&PID_0C04.....\\?hid#vid1b1c&......."
The logs Show this...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Where are the SIV screen shots, which version of SIV are you using and is this a new issue after you updated to a new version of SIV?
A CLSS is a Corsair Smart Lighting Strip, I guess it's a typo you mean CLCC, do you? Does SIV report your Aqua computer MPS Flow 200 OK?
If you use Device Manager to disable the Aquacomputer MPS Flow 200 does the CLCC start working again? If so it's a CLCC or MPS Flow 200 hardware/firmware issue and you need to get Corsair or Aquacomputer to fix the firmware.
I suspect the Aqua computer MPS Flow 200 messes up the CLCC, but without seeing the USB topology of your system + all the firmware versions can't sensibly even guess. If you do Menu->File->Save Local and e-mail me the two save files I may be able to help.

Sorry, yes, I meant CLCC.. The MPS FLow 200 reports fine in SIV when it's installed, but the CLCC just says "link" with no content. I did an experiment and detached the USB connector from the FLOW, and SIV returned to working properly, even with the Aquacomputer Leakshield device plugged in (It was working like that prior to the installation of the mps Flow). I can send you the files. I've been using SIV for time out of mind - best software ever. I think this is one of the first times I ever had to ask for help! thanks for the near instant response!

Thank you for the save files. Looking at USB Bus I can see all three of the Corsair Integrated USB Bridge V2.0.0 + Aqua Computer LeakShield + Aqua Computer MPS Controller are connected to the same Alcor Micro Generic USB Hub so I tested my Corsair Integrated USB Bridge V2.0.0 + Aqua Computer MPS Controller connected to the same Terminus Technology USB 2.0 7-Port Hub (Hubby7) and looking below all was OK. Given it works on my system I don't think this is an issue I can resolve by adjusting SIV and you will need to adjust your hardware. Can you move the CLCC or MPS such that they are not on the same HSB Hub? Does doing this make the issue go away? I don't have a Aqua Computer LeakShield so can't test with that, what happens if you disable LeakShield + enable MPS, is the CLCC then OK? I noticed SIV 5.65 does not have support for the ASUS Strix Z690-A so I have added this for SIV 5.66 Beta-04 which should report System Power Usage and a few other EC sensors. Would you like to try a test version and send me new save files? I am wondering if I can get SIV to report the LeakShield, what does Aquasuite report for it? I have added some code and depending how it does I may need a USB Trace of what Aquasuite sends to it. Attachments:

Thanks for the help so far. I downloaded the trial of the usb trace app, so I can capture any info you're needing.

So I used the tools and information in SIV, and cleaned out a number of USB entries that were outdated (no longer used), and now I can at least see the fans via the CLCC. The current fan speed still shows "NC" and I can't control them, but at least now it seems to communicate a "little" and reports average/min/max speed of the fans, and that they are connected. The old name descriptions for them even show up.
I'll do another information output and send them on.

I can at least see the fans via the CLCC. The current fan speed still shows "NC" and I can't control them I expect that as you tidied things up the system got rebooted and the CLCC firmware was restarted, after a while the CLCC firmware crashed which is why "NC" get's reported. The "NC" means that SIV can no longer "see" the fans, same for the temperatures. All in all I find the CLCC firmware is at best fragile, on my old Ivy Bridge-E system I have a AX1500i connected via a CLCC and after a few hours the CLCC firmware crashes and I have to power cycle the CLCC to get it working again. This was a total PITA 'till I added a toggle switch for the CLCC power.

Agree. I updated to a newer CLCP (commander Pro), and it's much much better. For others in a similar boat, I would highly recommend they upgrade from a CLCC to a CLCP. Thanks for all your help! Everything is now working well after the switch.
I particularly love the support for the Leakshield now!
