Hi I've got both a regular Corsair Link Commander Pro and the '1000D' badged Corsair CLCP Commander Pro in my new rig. The CLCP appears in SIV (and hwinfo for that matter) correctly. The 1000D-CLCP appears to only have a LED channel, no temps, voltages, or fans (see attached image). If I install iCUE and run it before opening SIV/hwinfo it detects and acts as expected. I've had a bit of a look through the Corsair forums but couldn't find anyone else with this issue, so it could just be I've overlooked something obvious! Has anyone run into this before? Cheers HRMGamer.

Has anyone run into this before? Welcome to the forum and thank you for the report which is the very first one from an O1000D. I spotted that the device existed, but had no real idea what it is or does. I suspect it should be possible to adjust SIV to better support it once I know what it reports so please can you post the dump generated by pressing the [ 5:0 12 ] button, the Menu->Tools->Configure->Link Setup panel and also screen shots of what iCUE reports? Once I see these I will adjust SIV and release a 5.39 beta, are you happy to test the beta for me? What does HWiNFO report for the O1000D? After pondering this then I think it would be helpful to know what SIV get's back from the O1000D so please do SIV64X -DBGAIO -SAVE=[initial][link-status][link-dump][link-setup]=SIV_DBGOUT.txt > SIV_DBGOUT.log | more and post SIV_DBGOUT.log + SIV_DBGOUT.txt.

Thanks for this! I've stuck the screenshots on: imgur.com/a/0AMdpvQSIV_DBGOUT_20190429a.log: pastebin.com/eciXSdtBsiv_dbgout_20190429a: pastebin.com/E5fsiHd4I had a quick look and it seemed ok, but let me know if the formatting is too mangled on pastebin. I believe the '1000D' is a modified CLCP where one of the channels has the chassis lighting (and I think it doesn't matter which of the two you plug into). I believe the chassis lighting consists of two LED strings (it's been a while since I looked, and I'd have to rip my loop out to check) presented as one device with a female coupling at the end so that '1000D' can still be configured with what iCue dubs 'lighting channels'. I currently only have the chassis lighting plugged into the '1000D'. I originally wasn't planning on stealing the CLCP out of my other machine but in the end it was the easiest way to set up my system so I have more lighting channels than I actually need. HWinfo doesn't seem to detect it at all, and yep, happy to test. That said I've never actually configured Corsair products using SIV, instead I tend to just use it as a consolidated view into system sensors. Please feel free to ask for more info, and thanks again HRMGamer

let me know if the formatting is too mangled on pastebin. Thank you for the files and screen shots, the files were mostly OK, but contained 2.57∞C + 2.961 V which seem incorrect values and also all the °s ended up as ∞s. Were both iCUE + SIV active? If so this would explain things as Corsair fail to correctly use the Global\CorsairLinkReadWriteGuardMutex so things go slightly wonky, see siv.boards.net/thread/14/running-same-time-corsair-icue. SIV + HWiNFO should be OK as they both correctly use the locks. That said the O1000D seems much the same as a CLCP so I adjusted the SIV code. Please grab 5.39 Beta-04 or later ( Menu->File->Download->SIV Beta) and let me know how it does. You should see a O1000D that reports the same as a CLCP and a O1000S for the secondary LED port. On [ Link Setup ] can you select the O1000D for the Coolant Temperature + Coolant Pump Speed? Can you select the O1000D items onto LCD panels? There are lots of other things I should check and the easy way would be if you zipped and e-mailed me ( Menu->File->Mail SIV) the two SIV Menu->File->Save Local files, ideally generate the save files when Beta-04 has been active for >= 30 minutes.

For continuity of the forum I have replied in detail via email, but the SIV beta appears to be behaving correctly for my given setup.

For continuity of the forum I have replied in detail via email, but the SIV beta appears to be behaving correctly for my given setup. I have just uploaded 5.59 Beta-05 which fixes a couple of cosmetic issues. There is also an O500D, do you know if this is also a re-badged CLCP please?
