Don't know if this is the right forum to post this but I do need some help. I am having a problem with my 2nd GPU shutting down (cards LEDs go dark, and system freezes up during gaming) and am working with EVGA through e-mail, I have a hard line water cooled system and dismantling the system to swap the cards to test weather it's the card or the slot is what I'm trying to avoid. Is there a way to set up your software to monitor my system and generate a report on the event of a crash to know weather it's the card or the slot so I don't have to take the system apart?
Thx, Dave

Given the system freezes it may be impossible for any software to generate a report. Is it just the screen that freezes or the whole system? Can you ping it from a 2nd system? Can you use RDP (Remote Desktop) to check what is happening?
Have you enabled logging (specify -EXCEL on the command line)? Does the logging continue after the system is locked? You should probably use Menu->Tools->Configure->XXX Export to reduce the amount that gets logged.

Thx for the reply,
The game freezes, it just stops, it's still on the screen but frozen. The games music is still playing over the speakers, and the LED's on the 2nd card and the NVLink are both dead. I can't ctrl+Del, Alt+Esc, nothing! It's just frozen. I do have a laptop, both pc's are cat5 into a internet hub and both connections work just fine. I do use SpaceDesk so I can use it as a second monitor. But as far as the Remote Desktop, I've tried setting it up and I'm having problems, I've never used it before. I was able to connect to my main machine but not the way it's supposed to. They switched sides. Buy that I mean my laptop displayed my main pc on it's screen and my main pc displayed a log on screen, when I click "log on" the connection gets cut and both displays go back to normal. Weird huh?
As far as "Have you enabled logging (specify -EXCEL on the command line)? Does the logging continue after the system is locked? You should probably use Menu->Tools->Configure->XXX Export to reduce the amount that gets logged." I have no idea what that is.

From what you have said I am none the wiser as you have not even answered the ping question.
How long have you been using SIV and how do you have it setup?

I just found this software two days ago. I don't know what you mean by "set up" or "ping" I some what got the remote desktop set up. I was just looking for a system monitor software that could monitor the GPU's and generate a report on a crash or when it freezes up. EVGA is wanting me to take the whole system apart, reinstall the air coolers test the cards, swap them around and test again. Even then they say it could be the NVLink causing the card to shut down. I am really, really, wanting to not dismantle the whole thing just to find out what we already know... I have A bad card.

I guessed you had never used SIV, have you read the SIV user guide which tells you how to setup SIV?
Given you can't even figure out what a ping command is then I have to wonder, is SIV for you? GIYF, see spams://www.google.com/search?q=ping+computer
Have you setup RDP access? It's possible your edition of Windows does not support RDP, but as you have failed to provide any of the details of you system I have no way to know. I feel you should have posted the initial SIV screen shot when you initially asked for help.
Before you can use any software to help diagnose an issue you need to spend some time learning how to use it.
