Welcome top the forum and the short answer is I guess you failed to specify -TWEAK on the command line, did you?

The long answer is that once -TWEAK has been specified I suspect SIV will report it's not supported for your system. Different code is needed for different CPUs/chipsets and it's only been implemented for a few of the systems I have.
