The latest SIV is the 5.70 Release released 14-May-2023.
Note 1: >= 5.71 Beta-01 recommended for Windows 11 23H2 Build 25375.
Note 2: >= 5.70 Release needed to circumvent the bug in Window 11 22H2 that caused SIV to often report zero % Kernel CPU time and the overall % to be too low.
Note 3: >= 5.70 Release needed to detect AMD Am5x86 CPUs running in AM486 mode + AM486 CPUs with Am5x86 silicon and report them as AM486 (Am5x86).
There currently still seems to be some sort of issue with the SIV mirror site which is why I have not uploaded/released 5.71 Beta-01, if you need it I can email it to you.
